All Sound Toys Echo Boy effects printed (presets are often lost between sessions) 5. All vocals pre-tuned unless you specifically request this service 6. All vocals already cleaned (clicks, pops, excessive breaths) unless you specifically request this service 7. First print sent with first round of notes. 8. List of changes submitted (or mix review session scheduled) 9. Final mix approval and print (hi-res masters and stems) 10. Any addition stems other than industry standard must be noted (you will also receive the session) 11. Print: master, instrumental, TV Mix, a capella; alternate stems available for additional charge 13. Final mix approval 14. Deliverables transferred to your hard drive or posted to our secure server; we keep a backup 15. We can recommend a trusted mastering house |
MUSIC PRODUCTION
RE: VOCAL OVERDUB SESSION Come prepared with lyric sheet. A vocal coach can be provided if necessary. Remove all distracting/noisy jewelry prior. AUDIO POSTPRODUCTION RE: SCHEDULING TALENT FOR RECORDING ADR OR VO/NARRATION All voiceover material must be created and notated with exact time-code by clients. The temporary audio track will have some lines created by LBR post. It is imperative that clients send any updated lines to us as soon as possible so we can insert them. RE: SCHEDULING VOICEOVER TALENT Each voiceover line can take an average of six minutes to record (about 10 lines per hour). We recommend overlapping people when scheduling. LBR Post will include a line count by character, each character's cues and a list of ADR / VO in time-code order. RE: POST MUSIC We know that your music track choices are a work in process down to the last minute based on financial and creative decisions. We often receive various temp music tracks during production. LBR Post needs the final music delivered per our specifications as soon as possible. |
ADR SPECS
48K sample rate. Record the ADR / VO to match the TC of the video LBR Post /client provided. Delivery to LBR Post ProTools 9HD or 10HD session zipped. OMF/AAF is okay as an alternative to Pro Tools. Track Layout Primary recordings must be organized on one group of tracks. Alternate recordings should be on another group of tracks. Any other takes should be on clearly marked. |

OMF/AAF DELIVERY SPECS
1. 48K sample rate. OMF/AAF file type must be version 2.0; audio media files should be embedded; No video data in OMF/AAF.
2. Time code format of OMF/AAF must match the video LBR Post is using and audio in the OMF/AAF must be in sync with video.
3. The OMF/AAF must discrete without any printed effects combined audio. Dialogue should be raw, uncut production sound.
4. There must be 2-pop. Audio clips should have handles. Dialogue tracks should be first.
5. Any original sound that was been swapped should still be included with a notation for reference.
6. Sound effects must be on discrete tracks and not stacked on other tracks.
7. Music must be stereo WAV files on discrete tracks and not stacked on other tracks.
